Speeding up importing Phobos files

Maybe there are still some tricks to apply to make the lookup 
faster?
Ripgrep [1] is to my knowledge the fastest grepping tool out 
there currently and the speed is mostly about grepping probably 
but to be fast they need to get to the files fast too. So it 
might be helpful to look at the code.
