Hypothetically speaking, how would one take that cash from a 
currency exchange and get it into the hands of the conference 
organizers, without paying at least as much as the credit card 
fees? The early bird special is already ~$70 USD cheaper (vs. 
paying in cash at the door, if that's even an option)
