Heads up: D doesn't work on macOS Catalina (10.15)

All programs compiled with DMD or LDC, including DMD itself, will fail 
to run on the latest version of macOS, Catalina (10.15), which is 
available as a public beta.

For more details see [1]. I have created a PR [2] to fix this. Hopefully 
it will be included in the next release of DMD.
