The early and biggest  d community is 
https://dlang-group.iteye.com/  ， but because lack of practical 
use in real product, no body active anymore.   Right now the only 
China company use D for product is https://www.putao.com/ (maybe 
more company out there, but no open source project or recruitment 
record).
