Status of C++ header generation PR

Hi!

Eduard has put a lot of work into C++ header generation this 
summer. As far as I can tell, the work exists as PR9971 [1]. This 
pull request hasn't seen any new activity since August. What is 
the current status? Is it simply waiting for a review? Are there 
remaining issues that need to be solved?

I'd really like to see this feature merged into DMD eventually.
