Python Heads IEEE List of Top Programming Languages

Greetings!

Back when I started programming in D, 2002, I expected D to be a 
top programming language today.  Go, started in 2009, and it is 
top ten in this list,

Why is it that D is not in this list?  Thoughts?  Or not. :-)
