Test Suite Progress

A while ago I got very frustrated over the continuing problems passing the test 
suite due to heisenbugs. I decided to take my own advice and start filing bug 
reports with the TestSuite keyword:

I'm happy to report that several people have stepped up to fix them, and things 
are noticeably better. It's saving developer time and test suite resources.
