Thanks for the thought. I'm glad to opine about things on occasion and 
am not going anywhere, but the official position has taken a toll on me. 
I need to decline.

Even if I was up for it, it would be a huge positive step forward to 
find someone else for it. The D language is a few strong contributors 
away from greatness.
