Unfortunately, that other 5% can cost companies millions of dollars. 95% safe 
isn't good enough anymore. @safe also saves myself (and companies) time because 
certain types of C errors no longer have to be manually checked for.

D will not prevent you from doing anything you want in the code, just add 
@system annotation.
