Stackoverflow survey about programming languages, framework and others

Dear,

I thinks the survey really interesting to observe current user 
and developer attempts.

To me I see 3 thengs:
- scientific framework are popular such as pandas and tensorflow
- framework which ease web development are heavy uted
- rust language is nicely ranked while D is not
