Some 4,500 IU vitamin D capsules are appearing again online, including Amazon,
so my panic is over (at least for now).

OH research over the years indicates that coconut oil (not sunflower oil)
carried vitamin D > 3,000 IU in capsules taken together with some form of
Omega 3/Omega 6 capsule is the best way of getting vitamin D absorbed into the
body. Mixed vitamin D and vitamin K tend to be not so good.
