Sorry but that flag belongs to Lisp and Dylan macros, Java 
compiler plugins, Java/.NET manipulation of 
attributes/annotations and C++ template meta-programing.

D CTFE has definitely a very important value, but not everything 
that other languages adopt was created by D.
