The situation has turned to bad this year because of ransomware 
written in D.

Even a hello world built with D may trigger many AV software.
If you sell software to consumers it's catastrophic because the 
users blame you the vendor.

Please do your part and submit D programs that trigger AV to 
antivirus vendors.
D cannot succeed if people cannot physically run the programs.
