D release schedule

Hi there,

1. Just noticed there doesn't seem to be any "major" releases 
scheduled for D?

I'm not saying we must have major releases, just that sometimes 
for example focusing on certain PRs might be easier if we have a 
time frame to consider.

2a. Do we have any management system other than Bugzilla?

Or maybe the question is rather:
2b.How do we prioritize what should be done?
