Disk utilisation in Windows 10 is at 100%. ( tried multiple solution )

Greetings, community! I'm new to the organisation as a system 
administrator, and I've been dealing with this problem for the 
past 40 days.

So, we have 40 endpoints that use Sophos Central, and all of a 
sudden, 6-7 laptops started showing 100% disc utilisation in task 
manager, and the laptop's speed became incredibly slow. I tried 
numerous tricks suggested on the internet, but none of them 
worked for me.

Laptops have acceptable characteristics and are connected to the 
domain controller.

I manually formatted three computers in try to remedy the 
problem, but it appears that the problem is elsewhere, as three 
more systems are experiencing the same difficulty.

I upgraded the windows and ran a scan with Sophos antivirus.

I know this subject has been posed before, but there has yet to 
be a satisfactory answer.
