Btw, I haven't tried this, but there appears to be 
(experimental?) [DPlug support in 
Faust](https://github.com/grame-cncm/faust/blob/master-dev/architecture/dplug.d).

The C++ codegen generates UI-hooks, so I assume the D version 
does too?
