I just created a dub package. Frankly, the whole thign is backward.

I am very sceptical of distributing binaries without very 
restrictive maintainers. Microsoft has something called 
[vcpkg](https://devblogs.microsoft.com/cppblog/vcpkg-april-2022-release-is-now-available/). I have no idea how that works, but they might be big enough to sustain it.
