We have a bridge hooked up to Discord. From the Rules channel:



Matrix Bridge Disclaimer
All of your publicly shared content, including username, profile 
picture, messages and uploaded media, is being sent to third parties 
using the "Matrix" chat protocol when participating in conversations. 
(Matrix bridge) By participating in the chat you agree that others 
outside Discord will be able to view your content.

The Matrix bridge is bidirectional and also bridges messages from the 
Matrix rooms into the different Discord Channels. You can join the 
Matrix Space through https://matrix.to/#/#dlang:m.wfr.moe or join the 
rooms individually. You can find all rooms in the room directory of 
m.wfr.moe.
