Back then, `AA` put forward the concept of `"small class"` and 
absolutely opposed `"large class"`.
But as a result, in `'d'`, `module` is the `encapsulation unit`?
What an irony!
Other languages have absorbed 'small classes' and developed 
'interfaces'.
And the `'d'` actually choose `module|file` as `encapsulation 
unit`?
