D has made 0 progress on tooling for 15 years. If you want to 
make sure this stay this way, keep on with this attitude, it's 
working great.

But keep in mind one thing, the tooling for the alternative was 
trash 15 years ago. Now it is rather good. And this is quickly 
making D an unattractive option.
