Wanting to use a class to represent a concrete abstract type,
which you can do in 'official D', is not bikesheding.

At best, in 'offical' D, you can 'simulate' using a class as an
concrete abstract type, by putting that class in its own module.

C'mon. Let's be honest about this ;-)

The real 'bikesheding', is the pretending that this is ok.
