What features of D you would not miss?

I’m pretty surprised that people mentioned betterC.. I expected 
improvements and development of that part.
AFAIK it is the easiest way to use D in WebAssembly, also a lot 
of great and high performant libs (like mir) working in betterC 
mode only..
