There's an ongoing problem in bugzilla of fixed issues being reopened with related or supplemental issues. Please stop doing this. Open a *new* issue, and include a reference to the fixed one. The idea is "One Issue => One Fix". Having many to one or one to many makes management of the issue list harder than it needs to be.
