Templates support in DCD

Whoa, I didn't even know about DCD.  I spend half my life in 
sublime text, so this is perfect for me!  I'll give it a shot, 
hopefully the [DKit](https://github.com/yazd/DKit/) still works 
with Sublime text 4.
