Oi, cool it.

There is no need to assume Adam Wilson is acting in bad faith.

Unless you have been exposed to highly advanced type theory with effects 
systems you probably won't understand many parts of D or its 
implications at the outset.

It is very common for new members to have no knowledge of what a linker 
is, let alone what guarantees like ``@nogc`` mean with respect to a 
library GC.

These things can take time for people to learn, with assistance and that 
is ok. We must be prepared that people won't be ready for this stuff 
early on.
