[dmd-beta] dmd 1.061 and 2.046 beta

Revision 478 introduced a regression, I receive segmentation fault while
compiling qtd. I quickly ran dmd under gdb and got this backtrace
http://pastebin.com/1YK51aWH . Unfortunately I don't have time at the moment
to try reducing it to a testcase.
