[dmd-beta] 64 bit beta for Linux

I've seen the discussion and have no problem moving std.xml into my 
project if it gets the axe until it gets a replacement. I've had enough 
trouble debugging through it (though the worst problems were caused by 
something else, just triggered by std.xml due to 
http://d.puremagic.com/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=4298).
