The LIMKCMD variable has been changed from:

LINKCMD=%@P%\link.exe

to hardcoded:

LINKCMD=c:\dm\bin\link.exe

Same thing with VCINSTALLDIR and WindowsSdkDir, why are these
hardcoded to the C drive?
