[dmd-beta] Time for beta

Just a reminder to update the installer repo before you roll the new
Windows installer. It has automated curl installation and a couple other
improvements.

Also, uploading the zip to GitHub and using that as the URL in the
installer would be nice since it's a lot faster to download from GitHub.

Looking forward to this release.
