We're still missing some important stuff though before we can release.

I won't do this b/c I wasn't involved in any of those/haven't even used
them.

- description of the -profile=gc switch
- wrapup and some examples for all the rangified functions

Please everyone, go through your PRs and identify what D users
must/should know about the upcoming release.
