[dmd-internals] dmd commit, revision 823

Looks like a dmd unittest started failing after this submit:

runnable\test42.d(2122): Error: zero length array b has non-zero length 
initializer

Did you do an update to the internal suite that needs to be made to the 
public one?

NOTE: the 64 bit tests aren't failing since that test is disabled for that 
platform.
