[dmd-internals] pull tester, now with history

I've finally whipped up a page to show the history of the pull tests.  The second column of the pulls page, cleverly
labeled Test History, links to the last up to 100 build runs for that specific pull.  Each run links to the build
results for that specific run, with all the logs, etc.

NOTE: I can only keep the few days worth of logs available to the website (they accumulate fast and disk space on that
box is at a premium).  I've got nearly every log produced since the beginning archived in case anyone needs any of them.
 Just shoot me an email with the run id and I can pull it from the archives (pun very much intended).

As with most of the pull portion of the auto-tester, the pages look pretty ugly still.. one day I'll make 'em look all
spiffy and maybe even follow the theme for the main website.
