[dmd-internals] Oldest five bugs

Since the attempt of using trello.com has fallen to the wayside, allow 
me to use email for now for organizing.

It would be great if with each release we could address 5 of the oldest 
issues. Here they are, with a couple of comments:

1. http://d.puremagic.com/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=107

This is D1 only. We should fix or close it with wontfix.

2. http://d.puremagic.com/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=143

'package' level protection does not work at all, which is embarrassing. 
This must be fixed.

3. http://d.puremagic.com/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=144

This is a simple symbol lookup allows-invalid.

4. http://d.puremagic.com/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=150

This is a druntime issue. I'm not sure how difficult it is to fix.

5. http://d.puremagic.com/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=176

A simple change of diagnostic would fix this bug.

May I please convince you gentlemen to give attention to these bugs? It 
would improve the age of our oldest bug by two months.
