[dmd-internals] [OT?] git-hub tool for doing merges using rebase

Hi, I just wanted to let you know we released a tool to merge pull
requests by rebasing them instead of creating forced merge commits (like
GitHub does with the Merge Button). Honestly, this tool was partially
inspired by DMD, as I find the repo history unreadable and I didn't want
that to happen with our repos :D

To avoid people using the (for me broken) Merge Button, I had to come up
with something (as) easy to use, and that ended up in the git-hub tool.
I don't know, I think some people here might appreciate it.
