Well, Ken, that answered a lot of my questions.

I hope to use a graylisting server for something similar as well. I hope
to run it with OpenVPN and probably Shorewall. I have definitely been
considering Debian or possibly SuSE.

We actually are running the extremely bloated Exchange at our office,
but I definitely want to use a graylisting machine to knock out the spam
before it gets to Exchange.
