[Greylist-users] mysql.sql doesn't support 3.23.2

They were in 0.2 and prior.  I removed the locking tables code from the
version in cvs yesterday.

For 3.23.x, just leave the "lock tables" off the grant, and everything
should work.  4.0 added that as a different permission.

I just updated the mysql.sql in cvs to remove that.
