GreyListing is Fantastic!

That said, I have Never been able to please Everyone I encounter, and I
have been asked if it is possible to Opt-out a single user for the
GreyListing. Is this feasible?

The other question I have is about the Non-Conforming MX Servers that
send Error Messages to their users for the Temporary Failure messages.
What RFCs are they Violating? I've also seen that these same (or other)
servers, fail to resend the messages. I suspect that I am aware who
these machines are are, can we change the message to be more prominent
so that the end user can actually understand that the message should be
retried?

Best Regards.
