[Greylist-users] occasional TEMPFAIL on whitelisted IP's

Hi list,

I am getting occasional TEMPFAIL's on IP addresses that are 
whitelisted.  This does not happen all the time but it is a problem.  I 
have set the "$pass_mail_when_db_unavail = 1" but am still getting the 
problem.  The database is on another machine so the queries are going 
over the network but sendmail only has on average 30-40 active 
connections so the server is not that busy.  here are log entries from 
the different sources

I switched debug on on relaydelay.conf ... this is its relevant output:

you will notice that the OutMailer is "xamime" it is a commercial 
scanner that runs with sendmail.  I don't know if that is causing the 
problem or not.  Any input is welcome...
