I suggest merging these to change log entries into one:

$(LI Inline functions with static array parameters)
$(LI $(BUGZILLA 2008): Poor optimization of functions with ref parameters)

There's also the unmentioned inlining of 'out' parameters fixed as well.  It was
part of the patches you applied from me for bug 2008.

Nice long list.. 51 bugs fixed.
