[phobos] Please update rdmd in the dmd packages

This possibly doesn't belong on the Phobos mailing list, but rdmd is in
the Phobos repo, so...

The rdmd executable which is bundled with DMD (on Linux, at least) was
built in September.  Since then, there have been two commits.  One of
them fixes bug 3314, the other allows rdmd to be run on OSX.

Can we have a new build of rdmd in the next release?

Or even better, can rdmd be automatically rebuilt for each DMD release?
