[phobos] Kenji Hara

Hi everyone,


I've just added http://d.puremagic.com/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=4999 as a 
reminder to add Kenji Hara's excellent adaptTo() to Phobos.

Speaking of which, does anyone know him? He displays a very thorough 
understanding of D in his code. I'm considering extending him an 
invitation to join Phobos, what do you think? Feel free to answer 
privately if you feel so. I'll collect considerations and will act on 
the votes.
