[phobos] Version of docs on www.d-programming-language.org

Are the docs on www.d-programming-language.org supposed to be the latest from 
git instead of those from the release of 2.051? In the long run, I would assume 
that they'd be from the latest released as opposed to the master branch in the 
git repository, though I don't know what's intended for the moment. Regardless, 
it appears that it's currently showing the latest git versions of the docs, 
which has thrown at least one person off who posted about it on the main list, 
and there are probably more who haven't posted.
