[phobos] missing netdb.d

Can someone please provide the bugzilla link for phobos?

Latest git version build fails in Linux due to missing netdb.d.
Also, push EAX in some 64-bit asm{} statements causes another failure, but
easily fixed by simply deleting the offending lines.
