[phobos] std.string deprecations

deprecated alias newSymbol oldSymbol;

If we'd settle on using deprecated aliases we could avoid duplicated  
definitions.
Even better we could teach the compiler to propose replacements for  
deprecated aliases.

Besides std.string.whitespace has no deprecation at all.
