Ok, mostly, the RoboSpinArt is so close to a real test I CAN taste it
(see how I worked thuh bread quote in above? :) So I was like wow!
wonderin' if some of thuh usual suspects would be interested in comin'
over for a last "push" to try and go from "pile o' parts" to "workin'
prototype".
It needs assembly, like, and wirin' and if the moon is full a bit of
carpentry to get this thin' up and runnin'! Gag me with a pitchfork! It
also needs LOTS more programin', oh, baby, most of which can be like, ya
know, better performed when thuh final machine is like, ya know, more or
less assembled. Also, man, since we seem to be scheduled to do another
Like, therepin' showin' soon, like, I'd like to get some folks to help
revisit and experiment with thuh code on those to make thuh Like,
therepin's play different octaves and maybe different patterns so as to
get rid of thuh skull-piercin' beepy-beepy MIDI-NESS..
I was like, ya know, thinkin' if the moon is full add some small pager
motors to thuh unit that would "pulse" each time thuh unit played a note
to help thuh player "feel" that thuh instrument is ya know, like,
actually "doin'" somethin'. So, like, wow, anyone dragd and lookin' for
phun this weekend? :)
Like *Totally*! :)
