[Robotgroup] Part Removal/Identification help...?

It's definitely a friction fit fastener but intended for a few reuses, if
carefully handled...c'mon, how many times are you going to remove the
sunvisor in your car over the life of your ownership? ;-)
A fine-tipped, straight-blade screwdriver can be ised to back off the
tension on one side, then the other until you rock the fastener off of the
shaft. PepBoys (shudder) or Van's will probably have generic
replacements...look in the body fasteners section of the screws, bolts,
plastic clips rack.
