Ok, without dissecting this to a useless level, the bottom line is that 
in order for TRG to *grow*, we need ACTIVE members and MONEY (not 
necessarily in that order).

If we can find ways to do get those things, I'm all ears as I want the 
group to grow! I want to design and execute BIG projects.

If we can convince CONs to pay us to come help them, I think that's a 
win-win.

If TRG wants to just go to CONs for fun, that's very cool too.
