My letter of resignation as Executive Director to First Night Austin was
accepted by the President of the Board on August 25^th , 2006.  I deeply
regret having to disassociate myself from this cause.  Please look for
an email update from the organization with information about the event

initiative to apply to First Night Austin 2007.
