I apologize for the mistake.  The opening is actually on Thursday the 31st
of Augustbeginning at 9am - 11am; Proclamation scheduled for 5:30 pm at City
Hall.  We have had to change it a few times as we were working around the
Mayors schedule, which his appearance will be just before a regularly
scheduled council meeting.  Thank you very much for checking in with us, I
look forward to meeting with you at the opening.
