Or, if the author gives you permission directly to use the song in a

Kind of you to ask for permission - I'd say that for the purposes of
this project, you shouldn't worry about the machine itself crediting me.

You could put a link on your site if you wanted, but even that's not
entirely necessary because your robot spin art machine is SO AWESOME.

I'm going to put a link to your site the next time I actually have both
Internet access and a moment to post. I think it's pretty cool...
